There is a $85 minimum for home spa services.
We require a credit card at the time of a booking in order to reserve the appointment. We accept MC, Visa and American Express and checks (we must receive the check prior to the appointment date). We do not accept cash, but our spa technicians may accept a cash gratuity.
For all spa parties and events, including our Mobile Oasis, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to hold your event date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the booking. A confirmed 72-hour cancellation notice in writing, prior to the event date, is required. Should your date change, the deposit will be applied to a future date within 6 months from the original booking date. Special promotions are not extendable past the expiration date printed on the certificate.
Same day booking for all Spa Services are non-refundable. Any cancellations for same day bookings will be charged the full amount. Otherwise, all other pre-arranged bookings for spa services require a 24-hour advance notice of cancellation.
A 20% gratuity will be added to any service requiring three or more technicians.
Clients must be at least 16 years of age. Clients under the age of 16 must have adult supervision.
Our spa therapists and technicians take great care in insuring your privacy. All body treatments are done dressed to your level of comfort. We recommend a 2 piece bathing suit to be worn during your treatment should you opt for an alternative to the traditional sheet draping. It is also recommended that you shower prior to your body treatment.
Our spa therapists and technicians will refuse a treatment if any of the following apply: Any medical conditions that were not mentioned at the time of booking/reservations and any broken skin or lesions. If you are pregnant, please state prior to treatment.
There are some medical conditions that are not compatible with spa treatments – serious cardiac conditions and blood clots; skin disease, wounds, or tumors, cancer and tuberculosis, fever and fractures or dislocations. Please consult with your physician regarding any medical concerns prior to your spa services.
All clients are required to fill out a client intake form for each session. All info taken will, as always, remain confidential and kept on file at our corporate headquarters location. To save time, you may download our required forms and have it ready for your therapist / technician.
